Delivery Policy 

  • Delivery During Holidays:

Our store hours and hours for delivery may vary on holidays. To help ensure that we can get your order delivered on time please place your order at least on day prior to the following holidays:

  • Valentine's Day

  • Easter 

  • Mother's Day

  • Father's Day 

  • Good Friday 

  • Administrative Professionals Week

  • Same Day Deliveries: 

In most cases if you order before 2:00 pm Monday- Friday in the recipient's time zone your order can be delivered on the same day.For same day delivery on Saturday you must order before 10:30 am. If for any reason we do not have the flowers ordered to complete a same day delivery we will contact you by phone or email immediately to request a subustation or an alternate delivery date. 

  • Specific Times: 

We are not able to guarantee delivery at a specific time. If you would like you may request a time frame in the special instructions box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate that request. If you need a delivery made at a specific time for an event (i.e. for a party) please call our shop to check delivery availability before placing your order. 

  • Delivery Times:

Deliveries to businesses are normally made 9:00 am-5:00 pm Monday- Friday and 9:00 am-12:00 pm on Saturdays. If the business has special hours, or the recipient is only there at certain times of the day please be sure to include that information in the special instructions section. Deliveries going to homes, hotels, or hospitals are made 9:00 am-5:00 pm Monday- Friday. During peak such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we have extended delivery hours which are 8:00 am-8:00 pm. Limited deliveries made on Saturday and no deliveries are made on Sunday.

  • Funeral Deliveries: 

These order are our highest priority. If the order is placed too late to make the funeral service we will call you immediately so you can make other arrangements of have something sent to the families home instead. Once we receive your order we typically check with the funeral home to confirm the time of viewing and make arrangements for the delivery. If the delivery date you select is before the date of the funeral we will deliver the arrangement according to the funeral home instructions. If the order will need to be delivered on a Sunday please call us prior to placing your order to confirm that it can be delivered as requested. 

  • School Deliveries: 

Most local schools do not accept deliveries for students. If you order flowers or a gift for a student it is your responsibility to check with the school to ensure that they will accept the delivery. If the school will not accept the delivery there may be an extra delivery charge to have the flowers or gift sent to the students house. If the order is for a teacher please place the order as early as possible as we try to have all deliveries to schools made not later than 2 pm. If the order is placed to late for delivery you will be contacted for an alternated delivery date or address for the recipient.


  • Incorrect Addresses: 

If the recipient's address is incorrect and a delivery attempt was made to the address, you may be charged an additional fee for redelivery to the correct address. Palmetto Blossom is not responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect address that has been submitted to us by the customer. If a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase. 

Recipient Refusal of Delivery:  If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, you may be held liable for the full cost of the order.
